-Masquerade Violation for killing kindred in plain view in masquerade areas.
-you can "overfeed" now: you can feed for up to a bloodpool of 16. 16th bloodpoint is lost within 5 seconds. This makes sure you don't go down to 14 just after feeding. The "black hole" in the counter at bloodpool 16 is removed.
-you can loose more than 1 bloodpoint when the timer fires. This was necessary to include stamina in the bloodloss calculations for the college study times.
-if you are so hungry that you would be at ploodpool -1 or less, you WILL frenzy every 30 seconds, no chance of avoiding it, except feeding
-45 courses(that equals 3 xp more than you would get for maxing out all books; advantage: you can spend them when and where you want, disadvantage: it costs more money)
-slightly changed research requirements
-study time now directly influences the bloodtimer, so stamina also counts for bloodloss
-no more risk of losing a course due to low blood, but increased frenzy risk (see above)
-changes for "cheating dialog": now if you agree to retire a cheated character, he will get an immediate "haircut" by the sheriff, if you don't retire, you will start the game with a masquerade violation.
-further small dialog changes
-optional: skip sheriff cutscene
-rat feeding completely skipped for Ventrue
-everybody gets two opponents in one of the rooms, Presence and Thaumaturgy 2 users in 2nd room, others in 3rd room
-adapted to disciplines: no need to hide in third room, changed discipline order for Brujah, Dementation and Dominate always level 1, rat in 3rd room, so Animal Succulence isn't completely useless
-you can get a knife instead of the gun from Jack, if you haven't spent start points on firearms
-if you take the knife, you can keep it, if you are Brujah or Nosferatu, or if you have any "mental" ability 3, or discipline 2
-if you take the gun from Jack, or pick up the one from the thug, you can keep it, too
-now you can do the tutorial without Jack looking over your shoulders at every step. Just tell him, you don't need his help, and then ask if he knows where you can get some blood.
-random items to be found changed, random items also on SM pier
-custom music on hubs
-prostitute dialogs changed: random seduction chance for free feeding, dominate and dementation options, more haggling, (additional models, including the new TFN skins, thanks, Zer0)
**clubs (blooddolls and music):
-new music system for Asylum, Confession, and Asp Hole (rotating on entry + DJs). Ask the djs to play a specific song, or just another one.
-additional custom music, but without DJ for: Empire dance floor, Last Round, Vesuvius, Diner, Santa Monica beach (thinblood radio), Glaze
-new blooddolls in Asylum, Confession, Empire Hotel, Asp Hole: Dolls cannot be permanently seduced. Chance of success, number of dolls, and skins randomly determined. Up to 3 dolls per location, they only talk once per visit
-customers in clubs have random models now, most "twins" removed (work in progress)
*Bailbonds: Arthur will pay according to haggle skill for Carson and for info on Milton
-put Mercurio's money in cigar box, so the game recognizes pickup.
-with Dominate/Dementation 2, you can get the Astrolite for free; with level one, you can buy it without questions asked.
-you can haggle Dennis down a bit more with higher skill
*Bertram: Nos Haven/ Meet Akeem quests unified and completely overhauled
-more money from Malcolm possible, intimidate and haggle works
-changes in Vandal dialog, so that every usable option is accessible after Lily cutscene
-Copper will have the money after you return from watching the murder site
-haggle and more intimidate options for Copper
-prostitute in arcade accepts "doing it" right then and there, so you can use her now
*Streets: "prostitute bug" removed, all of them now recognize the "in alley" triggers
*abandoned building (Serial killer quest): added Dementation option, and removed some loops on the Bum dialog
-Venus sins working properly now; missing sound fixed, some more sins, conditions implemented, you can confess everything only once, except for getout.
-Venus now can be seduced and used as a blooddoll; random success every time you try; one attempt per visit, and only if you are a silent partner
-money you get from Venus partly depends on your haggling skill
-customers in Confession don't teleport randomly anymore
-Akeem placed in the parking lot
-you can bribe the clerk for Jezebel's key
-prostitute in addition to the dolls. For now you have to lead her near the bathroom doors
*Hallowbrook hotel: if you're not Tremere, gender of the firemage is determined randomly
*Skyline: hunters placed, quest ready
-you can tell Ash to stay behind while you go for the hunters, or to follow you
-Ash now is armed with a .38, so he might be of help instead of a pure nuisance
